01. Black Futures Awards
Support our annual gala celebrating Black excellence across sectors.
Volunteer roles:

Empower communities to be heard and active in civic life.

02. Futures Academy
Help deliver workshops and mentoring for young people and adults.
Volunteer roles:
• Workshop facilitation and note taking
• Mentoring and career talks
• Digital and creative support
• Admin and logistics for classes or graduation events
04. Futures Active
Encourage wellbeing through sports and outdoor activities.
Volunteer roles:
• Session support for hiking, cycling, dance and more
• Participant coordination and registration
• Photography and storytelling

Commitment and support
We offer flexible volunteering to suit your schedule, from one-off events to ongoing roles. All volunteers receive a short induction, clear role descriptions, and named contact for support. Travel expenses are reimbursed where agreed in advance.
Group / corporate volunteering
We also welcome group volunteering from workplaces, universities or community organisations. Team volunteering days can be arranged across any of our programmes, providing staff engagement and social value opportunities.
