Who Can Be Nominated
We welcome nominations for anyone demonstrating excellence, leadership, innovation, or social impact within the Black community. Categories include:

Pioneer Award – Honours groundbreaking individuals paving the way for others.

Arts & Culture Award – Celebrates excellence in arts, literature, fashion, and cultural expression.

Law & Social Impact Award – Recognises exceptional contributions to advocacy, justice, and social change.

Education Award – Highlights achievements in teaching, learning, and knowledge sharing.

Business & Enterprise Award – Rewards innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Health & Science Award – Acknowledges contributions to medicine, wellbeing, and research.

Tech & Innovation Award – Celebrates innovators shaping the future with technology.

Civic Leadership Award – Recognises leadership in public service, policy, and community impact.

Sports Award – Honours achievement, dedication, and inspiration in sports

Lifetime Achievement Award – Recognises an individual's outstanding, long-term contributions, leadership, and lasting legacy throughout their entire career

How Winners Are Selected
All nominations will be carefully reviewed by a panel of expert judges who have experience and insight in the Black community and its achievements. The judges will select winners based on impact, leadership, innovation, and contribution to the community. The panel’s decision is final.
